        • Is there a time difference from the payment collection time till it starts reflecting in my account ?

          Yes, the payment collected will be processed to your bank account within 7 days of payment but you can keep track of how much money is in transit inside the app.

          • Why did my customer’s payment got declined ?

            The payment from your customer could be declined for one of the below reasons:

            • The PIN code was incorrect
            • The cardholder has insufficient balance in his account to complete the payment
            • Urban Ledger has reason to suspect unauthorized or illegal use of the card
            • The customer’s card has expired
            • Your bank account has been suspended
            • In case of technical or PIN-related error, simply try to complete the action again. If the problem reoccurs, please contact our customer support team.
          • How can I collect payments using the service ?

              Initially, the app will support payments from credit cards and debit cards. The customer would also have an option to save the card in the app and select from the saved cards for payment.

              • Do I need to buy an additional plan to enable payment collection ?

                No, you don't have to purchase an extra plan for payment collection.You will able to collect payments with free plan.

                • What is the annual collection limit on the free plan ?

                  On the free plan, you can collect up to 100,000 AED per year.

                  • What happens if I exceed the annual limit ?

                    If you exceed the 100,000 AED annual limit, you may need to consider upgrading to a paid plan or contact our support team for further assistance.

                    • Are there any limitations on features with the free plan ?

                      Yes, the free plan comes with limited access to certain features.
